All chauffeurs are:
Background-checked and DMV-screened
Commercially licensed and insured
Trained in defensive driving and professional conduct
Dressed professionally and held to strict etiquette standards
Every vehicle is required to:
Pass regular safety inspections
Be equipped with:

All passengers agree to our Terms of Service upon sign-up
Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior will result in account suspension or permanent banning
Chauffeurs may end a ride immediately if safety is at risk and report the incident to us

Emergency help button for quick alerts
Private information (like phone number) is never shared with passengers

Your Rights as a Chauffeur:
You may refuse service to any passenger who violates safety or conduct policies
You are empowered to operate your vehicle professionally, safely, and within legal limits
You are protected from retaliation when reporting unsafe behavior
No ride is more important than your well-being.
At Royal, safety is everyone’s responsibility. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:
Violence, threats, or harassment
Discrimination or hate speech
Substance abuse during rides
Physical or verbal abuse in any form
Violations may lead to:
Account suspension or permanent ban
Reports to law enforcement if necessary
Denial of service, fare refunds not guaranteed
All chauffeurs are required to carry commercial auto insurance, with Royal Technology Inc. listed as Certificate Holder and Additional Insured.
Royal does not provide personal insurance coverage for users or drivers.
Vehicle damages or incidents should be reported directly to your insurer and Royal's support team.
