Royal Technology Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the personal data, rights, and dignity of drivers and chauffeurs (“you,” “your,” or “Driver”) who use our rideshare platform. This policy is governed by:

By using our platform, you agree to the terms below.
Royal Technology Inc. operates the technology platform that connects passengers with licensed, insured, and independent drivers. All services are performed by independent contractors or transportation companies with valid business licenses and commercial insurance. We do not employ drivers.
We collect the following categories of data from drivers:

Investigate misconduct, fraud, or complaints
Respond to valid subpoenas or requests from TDLR (§2402.152(b))
We do not sell or trade driver data. We share your information only when necessary:

Disabling location tracking in your device will affect your ability to receive or complete rides.
During your service on the platform, Royal Technology Inc. may capture and use media (photos/videos) of your vehicle or activity for marketing purposes.
To opt out, email: mediaoptout@royalrideapp.com before any content is recorded.
Once posted, media cannot be removed unless the driver reimburses all related production and marketing costs.
You operate independently and are solely responsible for:
Your driving, customer service, and business conduct
Insurance coverage, vehicle maintenance, and local compliance
Any accidents, violations, or claims from passengers or third parties
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Royal Technology Inc. from any legal or financial responsibility related to your actions.
No drugs or alcohol while active on the platform
Professional dress code: Black suit, shirt, tie, and shoes
Door service at all stops
Zero tolerance for harassment, misconduct, or discrimination
Full compliance with Texas TNC laws and local regulations
Violations may result in temporary suspension or permanent deactivation.
We implement security controls including:
TLS encryption
Data encryption at rest
Multi-level access controls
Compliance with SEC cybersecurity guidance
